Lopal Tech expands LFP supply to CORNEX

On November 24, Changzhou Liyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Liyuan Nanotechnology Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of Jiangsu Lopal Tech Co., Ltd. (together, the "Seller"), signed a second supplementary agreement to their production materials supply deal with CORNEX's subsidiaries, including Wuhan Chuneng New Energy Co., Ltd., Xiaogan Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., and Yichang Chuneng New Energy Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (together, the "Buyer").
Under the original agreement, the Seller would supply the Buyer with 150,000 tonnes of LFP cathode materials from 2025 to April 30, 2030. The second supplementary agreement expands the supply to 1.3 million tonnes through December 31, 2030, with the total contract value expected to exceed RMB45 billion (USD6.34 billion).
