Yusheng Germanium to resume production and lift prices

Guangxi Yusheng Germanium Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. announced that its germanium production line is expected to resume operations in mid-October to help ease supply shortage and ensure stable deliveries.
The company said its inventories of germanium remain tight and can currently meet only part of end-user demand, with limited shipments being made at this stage. Ex-work prices for germanium products were raised last week and will be increased further by around 5% on October 9.
