Zijin Mining posts steady H1 growth in mined production

Zijin Mining released its 2025 semi-annual report, showing steady growth in mined production of key mineral products for the first half of this year, with operating revenue reaching RMB167.7 billion (USD23.44 billion), up by 11.5% year-on-year. H1 mined copper output stood at 566,853 tonnes, up by 9.3% YoY, with newly identified copper resources of 2.05 million tonnes and reserves of 1.32 million tonnes.
In the first half, the company also produced 179,646 tonnes of zinc in concentrate and 20,504 tonnes of lead in concentrate. Refined zinc output was 204,133 tonnes, up by 13.0% YoY.
Other mined output included 7,315 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (+2,961% YoY), 1.39 million tonnes of iron concentrate (+58.0% YoY), 5,879 tonnes of molybdenum, 2,137 tonnes of tungsten, and 30 tonnes of cobalt.
